*$30 per individual session. Must register for each session individually. (On-line/Walk-in or Mail in prior to the session…some sessions may be full.)
$190 for the fall 2024 season of workouts

Registration for the fall season or individual sessions are non-refundable.
Times and dates may be adjusted if NHTI team schedules change. New dates/times may be added to the fall season offering of Gold Rush Basketball Club workouts.

Fall 2024 Gold Rush Basketball Program of clinics and workouts will be announced in late August/early September with a schedule of weekend dates for clinics. Most are on Saturday or Sunday mornings at Bishop Brady or NHTI for boys/girls in grades 5-12. Year Round opportunities to improve your skills, grow your game and enjoy the sport with terrific coaches and other highly motivated players.
2024 Spring Gold Rush Basketball Club Program
Tryout Date: Sunday, February 18 at Bishop Brady HS (Signup on-line at www.hogancamps.com )$20 by Feb 9/$25 after Feb 10 (Other dates added for interested campers to sign up including Feb 25, Feb 28, March 3)
At least 2 Gold Rush Basketball Club sessions each week at either NHTI or Bishop Brady HS from Feb 18-May 11.
Typical Midweek dates and times: Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 5-7 PM (Girls 5-6:30 & Boys 5:30-7)
Typical Weekend dates and times: Saturday or Sundays 9-11 AM
Key Aspects: Concentrated skill sessions (Individual & Team) and Scrimmaging with In-house Games/Scrimmages
If NHTI or Bishop Brady is closed due to a weather issue, the training session will be cancelled and rescheduled. Campers will be notified on the morning of the clinic on Facebook at Hogan Camps, LLC and via email to the Group list for that clinic.

Coach Paul Hogan involvement will be detailed and direct. Coach Hogan will be involved with both the boys and the girl’s programs. Practice/Training sessions will be fun, action packed and require great energy.

The Gold Rush Basketball Club, LLC organization recognizes that basketball is only one facet of a young person’s life. We offer a healthy and safe environment where confidence in each athlete’s abilities can soar. Our commitment is to provide a unique opportunity to assist with the personal growth of each of our athletes, with an emphasis on the “whole” player, as they become a more skilled basketball player.

Training Rules and Program
Home Practice/Game Site—NHTI (premier site facility) & other Greater Concord facilities including Bishop Brady HS
Players Needs: A completed health questionnaire with important health information that we will have available on tryout dates and the beginning of the Gold Rush program. Players need to have their own health insurance plan. Another option would be for players to register with the AAU and purchase their low cost insurance as well.
Parents/Family: There will be opportunities for parents to watch a practice and certainly watch a scrimmage/game situation. Some practice situations may be limiting with space for extra people in the facility.

Spring Cost:
Tryouts: $20 per player pre-paid…price changes to $25 on Feb 10 (Tryouts will be used to place players into teams) And Tryouts will be skill practices with some scrimmaging situations. Our program is non-cut but instead if we have lots of players in a certain age group, then we will create a second group.
Payment:
Team Gear: Reversible Game shorts/top (included)
Optional Team Gear: backpack & sweatshirt (paid and ordered separately
Player responsibilities: Sign up and pay for AAU membership/insurance, provide a recent physical examination as documentation for good health for the participant. A health questionnaire will need to be completed by the parent/guardian prior to the start of any tryout/practice/game at the beginning of season.
Fundraising: No fundraising will be done for Gold Rush Basketball Club, LLC—Any team that ends up heading to a regional or national tournament would be expected to fundraise for the trip to help with costs associated with the event
Player injury: Players injured in the first quarter of the spring season and is forced to miss the rest of the spring season will receive a 25% discount towards the following year of the Gold Rush AAU program tuition for the following season.

NHTI
The Point Guard Basketball Camp was created in response to the need for a high-level “skill camp” that specializes in position play and the skills necessary to be successful. This camp provides a unique opportunity to learn specific elements of “the point guard” and “the post player” play in basketball. Our experienced staff of proven professionals will provide expert instruction and feedback.
What does a player need have for experience?
Each player receives a tremendous daily workout specific to their position played. The outstanding facilities and low player-to-coach ratio allow each player to grow their individual game. We offer a series of drills that develop each player’s level of ability. This is a high-level intense skill camp that is well-known for the positive instruction.
Why the point guard name?
To offer the most information and feedback about how to be a point guard, we will instruct and challenge each player to “become the best” they can be. Our coaches have an extensive background with basketball especially point guards and post play.
Do I have to be a Point Guard to attend the camp?
NO. We welcome the serious player intent on improving their game. This camp instructs every position on the floor but primarily serves point guards and paint players. The balance of the camp is dedicated to these positions.
Does a player have to be experienced to attend the camp?
NO. The player needs to be a motivated camper looking to improve his/her skill, knowledge and appreciation for the game of basketball. Players come from all over the country with all levels of ability to attend this camp.
Camp Enrollment
Day 1 8:30 am-4:30 pm for day campers
8:30 am -8:00 pm for Extended Gym closes at 8:00 pm
Day 2 8:30 am 4:30 pm for day campers 8:30 am -8:00 pm for Extended Gym closes at 8:00 pm
Day 3 8:30 am -12:15 pm for all campers
Health Questionnaire is required and will be available for completion by a parent/guardian. The form is also on the camp website and one form for any of the NHTI camps including the Pt. Guard, Specialty & Rip City Camps.
Meals and Options
Day & Extended Campers will bring their meals with them. Overnight campers will be provided meals as part of the tuition. We will take a minimum of 45 minutes daily for a lunch or dinner break. Camp canteen will offer some snack items including fruit.
Medical Emergencies
Our staff will be ready to assist with health issues. Medical emergencies will be referred to the local hospital.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your own well marked basketball or purchase a camp basketball ($15). The camp store will be open during registration.
Overnight Campers
The Overnight option has returned. Campers can sign up for the overnight option. Campers already signed up for Day or Extended Camp option can upgrade to the Overnight option by sending a check for the difference to PO Box 1136 Concord, NH 03302 Check payable to: Paul Hogan Basketball Camps…indicate roommate, age and the camp with the note.
Overnight items needed includes; toothpaste, toothbrush, pillow, linen (twin bed size), fan, blanket, towels, extra socks, shampoo, sunscreen, soap, clock, sandals, extra under garments and money in their Canteen account. Cell phones are allowed but we are not responsible for lost or damaged cell phones.
Refund Policy: 50% non-refundable deposit. All monies owed 30 days by May 31. No refunds within 30 days of the Specialty Or Point Guard Basketball camps or after May 31.

Rip City Basketball Camps will be held at NHTI for grades 4-10 boys & girls at NHTI. The primary focus for Rip City Basketball Camp will be to provide advanced individual offensive and defensive instruction.
Rip City Basketball Camp is now in its sixteenth year of offering a camp that provides a unique and challenging camp experience. Our Rip City Staff feels it is important for you to develop a “love of the game” and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you! Skill Levels Players will be divided into age and skill appropriate groups which will demand maximum concentration and effort. Our goal is to develop more skilled players and raise their basketball I.Q. to play the game.
Meals
Campers should bring snacks, drinks and their meals. We will take 45 minutes for lunch along with short breaks.
Medical Emergencies
Medical emergencies will be referred to the local hospital.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a basketball or buy one of our camp basketballs. Bring a lunch and snacks. COVID-19 Protocols will be in place for everyone’s safety.
Other Important Information
Please no jewelry, watches or gum.
Participants will receive a camp t-shirt. Special prizes and awards will be presented throughout the week.

Campers can be dropped off at 8 am and should be picked up by 3:15 pm.

Coach Paul Hogan’s 41st Annual Shooter’s Gold Basketball Camp
“New Hampshire’s most popular day basketball camp”
We are proud to invite you to the 41st annual summer of The Shooter’s Gold Basketball Camp. This camp will develop each player’s individual skills. We will concentrate on offense, teaching proper shooting form, one on one moves, and how to play the game. We feel it is important for you to develop a love of the game and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you. Many of your favorite coaches and counselors will be back for another great summer.
Every Shooter’s Gold camper receives a ball and camp T-shirt as part of the enrollment fee. The ball is used every day at camp. Shooter’s Gold provides an exciting opportunity to play, practice and learn the game of basketball for an affordable price. Thousands of New Hampshire basketball players have enjoyed the Shooter’s Gold experience for the past three decades.
We encourage you to pre-register. Enrollment at each location for each session is limited. Please note the updated schedule with any time/date and location changes!.
Campers should arrive 10 minutes early on the first day of camp for registration!
All campers should wear sneakers, shorts, t-shirts and be prepared to play. No jewelry, watches or gum will be allowed at the camp.

The 30th annual Specialty Basketball Camp was created in response to the need for a more disciplined learning program in the New England area. This camp is an intense session of teaching and practicing the game of basketball. Our camp emphasizes skills, preparation, and traditional aspects with our Positive Teaching Style. Experienced instructors will build on each player’s foundation of knowledge and skill and introduce our Advanced Techniques to play the game.

Boys are on one floor and girls are on another floor. Coach Hogan and staff supervise and stay in the Residence Halls with the campers.
Meals are provided for overnight campers.
